The EU has already made it illegal to test on animals. It was banned in 2009 but it doesn't go into full effect until 2013. Unfortunately, the industry is probably not going to make that date because technology is not available to replace all animal testing (e.g. inhalation tests). The EU is likely to delay full implementation.

I think the law needs to be changed. It would benefit animals and companies. Not saying that the should not be testing there products to se if its working just saying there should do it on free people like me instead of expensive animals. However thats my opinion on cosmetic testing medecin testing should be on animals.

Is it true that eu will make tasting cosmetics on animals eligal?

This article is NOT useless or a failure! It just doesn't support your idiotic opinion. The world isn't black and white you know! Cosmetic companies do want to please their customers but also have to follow government safety regulations. The last thing the company want is a customer suing them for damaging their face from their non-animal tested product. You have looks at this issue from all standpoints, which is article clearly does. I applaud The Beauty Brains for this article.
