I highly recommend the Mild version for Noraml to slightly dry or slightly Oily skin. I have Psoriasis too & this does not irritate at all. After trying everything from Cetaphil, Cerave, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Paula’s Choice to Aquanil, Olay, Dove, Pond’s; this is where the buck stopped for me.

I was tired of trying EVERYTHING. I was skeptical about trying Clinique, but one day they were selling the 3 way acne system sample size. for only 30 dollars. Once I began using it. It worked wonders!! My face was reall clear. I would start out with the face soap, then toner, then the benzoyl moisturizer. I only use it at night do it won;t over dry my skin. Or if I feel my skin is to dry I only use the toner in the greasy areas of my face. I recomend this 100% I get occasional zits on my forehead. I was tired of trying EVERYTHING. It's not suprising that some people love it and others hate it because everyone's taste is different. <br/><br/>In general, you don't need to use toners at all.
