I SOLD MARY KAY COSMETICS NEARLY CLOSE TO TWENTY YEARS AGO. THERE HYPE WASN’T ALL IT WAS CRACKED UP TO BE. I EXPERIENCED CONSULTANTS STEALING EACH OTHERS CUSTOMERS. I EXPERIENCED UNPROFESSIONAL CONSULTANTS, RECRUITERS AND DIRECTORS WHO WERE ONLY INTERESTED IN THEIR OWN BOOST WITHIN THE COMPANY. I HAD A RECRUITER WHO COULD HAVE CARED LESS ABOUT HELPING TO GET ME STARTED. I WANTED HER TO HELP ME TO EARN WHAT WAS KNOWN AS THE “PS” PIN (PERFECT START). NOT ONLY DID I LEAVE HER AT LEAST TWO MESSAGES ABOUT IT, I NEVER DID GET THAT PIN.

WHEN I HAD A CUSTOMER WHO LIED ON ME TO THE COMPANY, MY DIRECTOR CALLED ME AND LITERALLY TOLD ME I “HAD BETTER FIX THE SITUATION BECAUSE THE COMPANY CAN CANCEL MY CONTRACT.”

SHE WOULDN’T EVEN LET ME EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. I WAS VERY UPSET AND ABOUT SIX MONTHS LATER I PACKED UP THE ENTIRE KIT AND SENT IT BACK. I DON’T NEED A COMPANY THAT CLAIM A MOTTO LIKE “DO ONTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM TO DO UNTO YOU” AND THEN TREAT ME LIKE THAT.

ALSO ONLY THE CONSULTANTS WHO WERE DOING REALLY WELL WERE FAVORED AND HELPED. WHAT KIND OF MESS IS THAT. I SAY GOODBYE TO BAD RUBBISH AND I’M GLAD I GOT OUT OF THIS COMPANY.

TO THIS DAY I WILL NOT USE MARY KAY. TALK TO THEIR CONSULTANTS OR RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS TO ANYBODY.
