The Herbal Essences Pin Straight shampoo is a nice, although basic, shampoo formula. It has a little bit of conditioning which could help smooth your hair, but in reality, if you’re using the Herbal Essences conditioner – or any other conditioner! – after you shampoo it really won’t make much difference.
The Brains Bottom Line:
The truth is, no product will magically straighten naturally curly hair. Conditioning shampoos like this one may help a little bit, but if your hair is really out of control you’ll still need to use some kind of leave in treatment or styling product to get the straight style you want. Our recommendation for your weekend routine is to sleep late and then pull your hair back in a pony tail.

No it doesn’t make your hair straight. It does make your hair easier to brush though…the main reason I used it. It worked well at the start but it made my hair fall out after a few weeks so I stopped using it.
what it never made my hair fall out, my hair falls out a lot naturally but after i used the pin less straight shampoo , barely any fell out.
I love pin less straight and i think you should use it to. While your rinse out your hair it feels so much straighter , like your flat ironing it but if you have really curly hair just use this before flat ironing it and ti make your life so much easier also you could try matrix sleek shampoo and let me know wht happens.

I have wavy hair thats hard to deal with. I used the Pin straight and was surprised to find it actually helped but I still have to straighten it. It does make my hair easier to manage though.
