Kendra Inquires:
I have just been dying to ask you guys this. How does Zeno work and is it worth a try?
That’s all I’ve been hearing/seeing lately. Zeno, Zeno, Zeno The idea of burning off a pimple seems a little scary to me.
The Left Brain Responds:
Burn, baby burn! But first, go read our previous post on how Zeno zaps zits.

Hi Kendra,
Zeno uses heat that kills the bacteria that accounts for 90% of acne. You’re not “burning” a pimple off. You are simply applying heat hot enough to kill the bacteria! The other way sounds so painful and it’s not at all.
Check out this article I read from USA today:

PS – I would recommend ZENO over ThermaClear!
How exactly does it work? can’t just be heated metal becous they wouldn’t require you to switch the top after 90 shots, right?
I had a lot of pimples and it did work on about half of them (and within a few days) so I was delighted as my pimples stay around from weeks to months at a time otherwise.
Yes, the heat wears out the tip after 90 treatments and you’ll have to buy a new tip.
Might give you a second degree burn, might also trigger a bacterial stampede all over your face, I seen it happen.
Wow, Robin, “I seen it happen.”? You sure do sound like a reliable source.
Good article, read with great interest. A large number of good links in comments
