I liked the clarifying one. Never tried Ice Shine. But I can tell you, I've read so much hate mail about Pantene, I just don't get it. If you're looking for a good Pantene, try the volume shampoo. It's got basically the same ingredients as Ice Shine. I would use a conditioner after though, because it does clarify your hair. I use Suave Naturals as a leave-in actually; I rub a tiny amount on wet hair, wet a brush and brush it out. My curls are really defined when I let them air dry. It looks like I used a moisturizing shampoo. Don't be scared of detergents. Despite what people write, they can't hurt you. And actually, for some reason, this shampoo makes my skin really clear. I think it's because it has very few conditioners in it. Check their web site and they'll list ingredients for you. But try that method of leave-in I mentioned. I tell you, your hair will be VERY soft and easy to comb through. I don't even know what else to say: clear skin and silky hair. My salon tech recommended the Hydrate Conditioner from Shielo (called the Hydrate Vibrancy Conditioner) and it lives up to its title. It really hydrates your hair. When I finish using it, I feel and look like I have just been to the salon. It completely gets rid of my frizz, which I tend to get a lot. I can be confident that I will have my hair conditioned just right each time I use it. It works by itself! My hair looks shiny and soft.
