The Beauty Brains are always intrigued by unusual international products. Here’s one from Japan called “Beautiful Hair Make Whip.”
We can’t tell you what this bad translation really means (we assume the product comes in a whipped form?), but we can tell you that the formula is interesting because it uses emollient ingredients typically found in skin lotions. Would it be good for your hair? Hard to tell, but it certainly looks intriguing. Even the packaging looks different. If any of our loyal readers have ever seen such a product, let the Beauty Brains know. We’d love to hear what you thought of it.

Asience is a popular brand in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore. I haven’t seen this particular product but I’ve tried their shampoo and deep conditioning treatment. It really does make hair very smooth and silky. And their claim about making hair not absorb kinks after tying in a ponytail is true. However, it’s too rich for people with oily scalps like me.
Thanks for the comments. Smooth and silky hair is always great to have.
