		<description>The problem I have with chin hairs is that they are so coarse that they irritate the skin around them when they push out, and sometimes are so well-anchored that trying to tweeze them further irritates skin - so I end up looking like I have major zits on the chin!  Laser helped some.  A few hairs never did return, but most have.</description>

There are several medical options for thinning hair, including the drug minoxidil.  Extensions are another possibility -- they do not necessarily have to be long.</description>
