So, let's say silicones don't work on my hair (I use a tonne and I like the feel, but it could be doing bad things), but I want lasting color - what do I use? I have vegetable glycerin, which I've considered using. I've only heard this used on african hair. I have straight (bit of wave) bleachy-dyed hair. I have long, dry, COLORED hair and have heard oils can leech color from hair.
