If there were a product that would really make your nails grow faster and stronger, there would be no such thing as artificial nails or nail enhancments!! The nail salons would be out of business! The nail hardeners will help make the nails harder, but they also dry out the nails and in time, say about five months if you used it faithfully, your nails will then start to snap due to severe dryness and brittleness.
