Aaron is Anxious:
I’ve recently gone and experimented with fake eyelashes since they seem to be the new trend. The shop where I got them guaranteed they would stay on for at least 3 weeks. It is now 4 ½ weeks later and I have begun trying to remove them myself, and I am noticing that it is pulling out my own natural eyelashes.
1. Is there a better way to get them off?
2. Am I doing permanent damage to my eyelashes?
3. If not how long will it take for my own eyelashes to grow back?!?!?
The Right Brain Reassures Her:
1. First, you should not have to pull the eyelashes off, especially if you’re using a brand like Lavish Lash or Peter Louis. You should apply a material that will loosen the glue (like olive oil). Massage it on the eyelashes and wait for a couple of minutes. The oil will help remove the glue and the eyelashes should peel right off.
2. No, you are not doing permanent damage to your eyelashes. At worst, you are “plucking” the hair out of the follicle and it will take extra long for it to grow out (about 4-8 weeks).
3. Eyelashes grow at about the same rate as hair on your head (1 cm a month) so it could take up to 8 weeks for them to grow back completely. (And before you ask about eyelash growth products like Jan Marini, go read our previous posts on the subject!)

ok, after reading these posts i was able to take off my lashes – so thanks guys!!! this is what i did:
good luck!!
got veggie oil, qtip, washcloth and twizzers. put oil on qtip – close eye tightly and roll the oil on your lashes going downward (repeat) hold the lashes with the other hand so you really get the oil on the base, then hot water on washcloth (squeeze of course) and place over the eye and slide downward again. twizzers were to break up glue clumps, also i twisted the lashes slightly as they started to give and then repeated the above until they slipped off. it didn’t take too long 10-15 mins and all my natural lashes are still there. i too don’t think i will put them on again, i just discovered how cute i am with them OFF!!!
well i’ve used both individual lashes and strip lashes and i find that the individual lashes do much less harm to your own eyelashes as they are way easier to come off by just using hot water and baby oil, i dont suggest any type of cooking oil as it is not good to put on your eyes and it might temporaly leave your vision blurry. Strip lashes are harder to remove and pull out alot more of your own eyelashes in the end. For lashes that come in a strip, wash your eyes with hot water continuously for about 2 minutes then apply makeup remover to your eyes (make sure you’ re not wearing any makeup already) leave on till the fake lashes begin to soften and then apply baby oil to them this process might take up to 20 minutes but it works from experience. Hope i’ve helped.:)
I have been thru all of this several times. I went to a lady that did them with hair glue. They looked the same and came out on demand. That other black super glue is hard to get out, and u irritate ur eyes and lose lashes in the process. That glue is best foralls le that wear them full time…the ones that just go nd get them filled in when some falls off. My advice is to find someone who knows how to do them with hair glue.
R.I.P eyelashes!!!! NEVER AGAIN in a million years. I’ve had these suckers on for 2 1/2 weeks then it started to look funky. some were coming off, other were crooked, and it looked ugly. I tried the oil and hot water trick and it didn’t work for me. I tried plucking them out and OMG! 1 pluck = 20 of my real lashes ripping out! HELL I tell you! Now I have like 5 lashes on each eye ;[ NOT WORTH looking cute for 2 weeks. I wish someone told me what I know now. DON’T DO IT PEOPLE!!!!
OMG ….I have never done this thingys before but my nail place talked me into trying it . She used that same balck glue .THEY are driving me nuts ! I tried to go to sleep but cant because of this horrible feeling on my eyelid, I tried to take them off and cant tomorrow I am buying the lash remover stuff if these things dont come off I am going back to my nail place , she will either fix it or have BIG problems
SHE NEVER told me that they are hard to come off.
I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN .
OK.. didn’t know about this site and wished I would have before getting the false extentions put on. I get married in 29 days and I was told that getting the false lashes were the way to go. I was also told to get these done as a test before my wedding to see if I would like them and then they can just ” fill ” in the one’s that would shed. Before walking into the nail/eyelash hell salon, my eyelashes were actually nice. Now, I have about 10 eyelashes on each eye. I used makeup remover and still my lashes(what is left of them) feel clumpy! Not sure how this is going to look in my wedding pictures.. but I will NOT be having anything more put on my eyes ever.. I just pray that I don’t look to bad in my pictures with no eyelashes.. horrible!
I have beautiful long eye lashes and I felt the need to get false ones for Caribana ontop of my long ones. When I first got them they burned and stinged and then after a while the pain went away. They put them on individually and used the black glue. They put the black glue over my real lashes to blend in with the fake ones. They were bothering me so this morning I decided to take them off. I have one full eye done and still have the other one left to go, I do not even want to touch that eye. I used a hot cloth and sat it on my eye and used vaseline since I didn’t have any baby oil. This hurt like hell. I was literally dying. I was so mad I just took twizzers and was pulling as hard as I could because I was so annoyed. Now those long lashes I had are no longer long,I have like none now, It looks like I don’t have any. Im very pissed and I am never putting on false lashes again!!!!!.. My eyes are killing and I currently have a tea bag on my eye to reduce the swelling of this nonsense. Im going to the salon to get this other eye done but what are they going to do that is so different from us and wont hurt ?…Stupid chinese people putting super glue on my eyes!!!!
&&&&&&&&&& the salon people talk you into doing it saying it’s so easy to take off and it won’t ruin your real eye lashes. DO NOT PISS ME OFF…
I just had the individual eyelashes put on today and the lady did a terrible job and they were so uncomfortable. I knew they had to be removed before I went to bed. I used baby oil and soaked them. Then I used my fingernail and pinched to brake up the black glue. They were off in about 20 minutes. I will say it depends on how much glue is used depends on how long it will take to get them off. My personal experience says, dont have them put on. Use the strip lashes when you need to. I’ll never do it again….
Come on ladies, the salon wear you went must have told you that there was a possibility for your own lashes to come out. But yeah if you use lash remover or eye makeup remover it should work. That’s what i used. The first time i used a method called pull it out by any means necessary which did result in less eyelashes then i had previously. But I don’t know it seemed like those compliments were pretty great considering the pain and suffering I endured to get those suckers off. But the good thing is, is that they grow back I got mine done this last time for my friends wedding in June and of course when I took them off. It was like culture shock, idenity crisis I didnt recognize the bald eyelid woman in front of me but it was me! Just doubled up the mascara and took one for the team. I’ll be back though for special occasions they make the guys go wild!
I have been getting them done for over a year now and I love them, I don’t even recognize myself without them. The black glue is for long term use, if u want them for just one occassion use the strips, they don’t stay on anyway. I just love the way the look, no makeup needed. If they start looking kind of funky use an eyelash curler to fix them up and when a couple fall out go get them filled in.
these thngs look great on but I am sitting here now with like 4 lashes on each eye.
IF i were to ever do it again I would pay the xtra bucks and go to a place where they know what they are doing….The place I went to used WAAAY to much glue ( from the tip to more than half the length of my lash.
the process stings the first 24 hrs hurts ( until you get used to the weight) and the removal hurts ,swells your lid and causes alot of lost eyelashes. I DO feel a bit naked
and Soni, IF they had told me EVEN how hard it was to remove LET ALONE the loss of my lashes …I would never have tried
ALSO someone said that that black glue is for ppl who wear them all the time & just get them filled in …HOW the hell do you get them filled in when you lose all your lashes during removal??? what the hell do they stick the new ones to ?
I just found this site after trying to get these lashes off for the past hour with the Ardell Lash remover. Finally, it’s working. This is what I did, I hope it helps someone else:
I lifted my eyelid and applied the Ardells along the eyelid where the glue was placed using a q-tip. Then I gently pulled at the lash; if it doesn’t come off easily, apply more remover. Some of the lashes fell off from the light friction I applied with the q-tip along the line where the falsies were applied.
I didn’t lose any lashes and it is virtually painless. Good luck!
I had the same eyelashes with the black glue and they are terrible!!!! My eyes burned and itched so bad it drove me crazy!!! The girl that did them said that they were simple to remove just put vaseline on them at night and in the morning they would WIPE OFF!! WRONG!!! I finally went to Sally’s and they gave me a glue remover and it took the lashes off in about 20 minutes. It burns but it works it also melts off acrylic nails so be careful if you have them. DO NOT USE THESE LASHES!!!!
OMG thank you everyone for the advice on what to do!! i went to a salon and got the individual lashes put on with the super crazy black glue that apparently should be illegal!!! Not only did it burn my eyeballs and scrape them everytime i closed my eye but they won’t come off!!! I’ve had them for 2days and thats too long i wish i never got them. I’ve learned my lesson my eyes are blood shot b/c i can’t blink with out being in pain! so i’m going to head to sallys tommorow for the remover thanks again!
I just got individual lashes put on a week ago. The lady told me not to get them wet so I have been trying to keep them dry when I wash my hair etc. Honestly,I didn’t need them and regret it. I was going to try an take them off but after reading all of these stories I think I will just let nature take its course. Have to say though mine might fall off tonight because I have laughed so hard at these stories that tears are coming from my eyes!Ha
I APPLIED EYE LASHES ON A WEEK AGO & ONE NITE AS IM WATCHING TV I WIPE MY EYE AND THE INDIVIUAL LASH SHIFTED WHEN I GOT UP TO FIX IT, IT CAME OFF. SO I TRIED TO TAKE EM OFF AND IT WAS VERY VERY VERY PAINFUL . APPLIED BABY OIL AND IT STARTED TO LOOSING UP , NOT COMPLETELY BUT IT CAME OFF . && NOW MY EYE LASHES ARE VERY VERY VERY THIN & WEAK LOOKING . I ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO MAKE THIS FATAL MISTAKE .
I went and had lashes put on today, what in the hell was I thinking. My lashes are already long and curly but I guess I wanted to try something different. When I close my eyes it feels funny and heavy, it kind of reminds me or weave but i tried using olive oil it works put a little on your fingers and rub onto the lashes, let the oil sit for some min and either use tweezers or pull the off gently yes it is painful but you can spare your own lashes if you pull them off gently. But for everyone please do not have lashes put on they hurt badly trying to get them off.
I decided to get eyelash extensions before a trip to Vegas with my husband. I went to an “eyebrow salon” run by East Indians. I had my eyebrows threaded and loved it (minus the severe pain), so I decided to let them do eyelash extensions as well. They did the 3-5 lash clumps and used the black glue…you know the one, the one invented by the devil himself! I disliked them right away. The guy used so much of that crap that my eyelashes stuck straight out and then curled up. Not the look I was going for. My eyes burned throughout the whole process and when I was able to open them it felt like the devil spit that horrible stuff right in to my eye. My husband liked them and I suffered through them on vacation, but when I got home, I wanted them off. I read all of these blogs before I attempted to de-lash myself. Olice oil and warm water DOES NOT WORK! I went to sally’s beauty and bought the oil remover made for that awful black hair extension glue. It worked a little. After 5 painful hours of rubbing and pulling, I finally have gotten them all off. Along with most of my own lashes. Does anyone know if the strips are less painful?
I use eyelid glue for mine and it works. just needs warm water to get it off
Thank you so much for this post, ive been wearing false eyelashes for a while now and i took them off the other week and was very very worried about the eyelashes that fell out in the process. You have now set my mind at ease
I am experiencing all these things.
IF they fall out on their own does anyone know after how any weeks? Do they actually fall out?
I had the individual eyelashes glued on 3 days ago. The lady put so much glue they were hurtin my eyelids and irritated them. i ued acetone and qtips to remove them and it took maybe 20 mins for both eyes. You have to be very careful but very easy. Dip qtip in acetone and shake off extra. Hold eyelashes with you fingers firmly and rub qtip on top of lashes briskly. You will see your eyelashes start to release from the glue. Jus keep doin that until they come off. I used probably 20 qtips. jus make sure to keep using more acetone bc it dries so fast. you will see the black glue on the qtips
I recently put on eyelashes as well I HATE THEM my eyes are so swollen and they will not come off for anything. I went to sephora she gave me an oil based eye makeup remover she said it would work 4 days later of putting this makeup remover on they are still not off!!!! I called the salon they said they cannot take them off….How can you advertise fake eyelashes but cannot remove them!!!! I would never recommend this to anyone!!!!!
I was reading what everyone was saying about taking eyelashes off I just recently got some put on three days ago and now ive been trying to get them off.Its really one thats irritated my eyelid the side thats irritated is swallowing and its really hurting right about now.Ive tryed with vasoline grease and its still not working.Dont get me wrong they are pretty I had them done at a nail shop. Once I get them off i willnever get anymore a promise!!
YOU DON’T HAVE TO SUFFER
I had the same problem with my eyelashes. I was told to use baby oil gel and a warm cloth. I lost most of my lashes and I renamed the stylist that did my lashes “baldy lash.”
An event required that I again return to baldy lash, after all they were quite gorgeous. I was assured my previous problems were due to the fact I left them on too long.
I attempted to take them off after 5 days exactly. They were again, cemented to my lashes. I event let warm water in the shower run over them. They were not going anywhere.
This time I used eyelash remover, and I preserved about 80%-90% of my lashes. You can get eyelash remover for individual lashes from Sally’s Beauty Supply. It is definitely worth it.
How I Did It?
1. Used a tissue to put on my bottom lid and closed my top lid over it. You definitely don’t want to get it in your eye. It stings.
2. Took a q-tip and dipped it in the solution. Then I gently rubbed the glue off my lashes. May have to do this several times, depending on how glue happy the person was.
3. I gently pulled them off. It took about 20 minutes, if that long.
The first time I put individuals on, I thought I could remove them myself after a few weeks. The problem is that these salons are not providing written care instructions with their product and for most, we don’t know to ask these questions until it’s too late. My salon specialist has a special glue remover that she uses to remove the lashes. It takes about 15 minutes but it is worth it. I did not lose any of my own lashes in the process. Now I am on my second set of individuals. They are just fine. I do recommend taking a break for at least one week before putting a new set of lashes in.
i learned, after i had a couple, very cute and extremely irritating, fringes applied at a salon, that there is a glue–unlike the god awful black cement–that is flexible and way less irritating. don’t know if it comes off any more easily, but it’s worth a try. i did love my little fringes (a couple of which are still hanging on about 3 weeks later–i’m going to try the olive oil)
ARDELL WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO TO SALLYS AND GET IT NOW! its the only thing that worked and after an hour of trying oils and all the hot compresses i caved in a sent my husband to buy it! Well, they came off within 15 minutes altogether and all i did was have my husband apply them section by section at a time and lightly tugged them (LIGHTLY!) after each application. Then a few would come off (LIKE A MIRACLE!!!) and i’d work on the next section. YAY! i will never do those fake lashes again at the nail salon, what a total pain! go get ARDELL ladies!
OMG! Fake lashes are the worst..i just spent hours trying to remove them using all the recommendations listed above..the oil helped a bit but i still ended up ripping some clumps off because I couldn’t stand it anymore. I lost many lashes in the process
looks like I’ll be heading to buy some serious mascara in the morning. Don’t do it!
I got my lashes done individually with black glue the lady that did them removed them she was a professional it did not hurt and I lost no lashes so the person who does the eyelashes should know how to remove them
only let a person who is a licensed esthetician do your lashes because they will know how to remove them without you losing your real ones
OMG! I had eyelashes applied one week ago, and the next day I felt like something was in my eye and both eyes would NOT stop watering! So I came back to the nail shop where I had them applied only to be told it was going to cost an additional $15 to remove them. So, being hard headed and feeling like I should’nt have to spend another dime getting them off I opted to try the tricks I read on this site. 4 Sally’s, 2 beauty supply stores and three salons later I am currently sitting in the nail salon happily willing to pay my $15 to get these fringes off! Ladies, do NOT try any of the oils, hot compresses NOR the Ardell Lash Adhesive Remover. I lost half my eyelashes trying to do it myself and if you have the option to go back to the salon where you got them applied in the first place, suck it up and just do it! Your eyelashes will thank you for it . : ) Hopefully, I can still salvage the rest of my poor, tortured lashes…..
Warning This Story Contains Information That May Be Unsuitable For Adults…..
Ok Well it was Thursday afternoon when a friend of mine convinced me to hop on over to the mall, so I said sure thinking that we were going to be shopping or window browsing for items we wish we could buy.(LOL) Anyways we passed one of those Thai or Viet nail places ya know where they conversate about you in there native way.(PS they are always making fun of you) Ok so the sign said extension eyelashes $20 which seemed like a cheep price and hell I couldn’t get those things on myself to where half of my face is covered in a line of hair… Ok so I am laying in the chair ready for my medium individuals. First off the goofball put tape on my bottom lashes and when I closed my eyes I ended up scratching my left eye due to the chick putting it to close to my lid. By then I was very ready to get up, but decided to chill and deal with it like a dumb***. So after halfway burning my eyes out with what smelled like SUPER-GLUE!!! I was ready to bust out of Panda Express. The guy informed me that he needed me to try opening my eyes,,,but, “s o w y” he said so he brought out the scissors and trimmed what ever he thought was glue I guess between my lids. This turned out to be 7 yes 7 of my fu$*&@ lashes mind you on the bottom left side.(My scratched eye that is) So anyways I messed up and flushed 20 bucks down the comode.Today is Friday(the next day) Trying to get these bast@#s off. I have laid out my tweezers, nail dirt scraper thingys, scissors, non acetone nail polish remover(that was not the best but, I saw some other dumba$$ ones) canola oil, olive oil, baby oil, aftershave, eyelash remover from Ulta, q tips and cotton squares. Hmmm the list could keep going. I put myself through probably about the pain of what do they call it…… THE CHINESE TORTURE HHHHmmmmmm thats funny I think they were (no i’m not racist just in pain) I pulled off all the lashes and it took like a year, atleast it felt like it. Trying to get those black clumpy things that looks like mascara that has been applied and applied and never removed it just wouldn’t go anywhere umm so I just started trimming lol! So here I sit reading all of these blogs and laughing my a$$ off in pain I say to you stay the h3ll away from fake eyelashes… Thanks for taking time to read this oh!!! I cried a few times but trimming certainly helped….If you could only see my marshmellow puffs (strawberry that is) Take Care all you artificial lash luvas……..
I have really enjoyed this blog. I left Illinois where I would get the temp individual lash done every 6 to 8 weeks for $25.00. I loved it. My husband is military so we move when they say move. Now in a small town in the state of Missouri, I had to learn how to do them myself. I am just getting the hang of it where they look more natural than ever. I have been using the brown glue for lashes instead of the clear or white glue. Because of my brown skin. The professionals use the black glue, but you should be-able to request what glue you want then to use. The glue I use stay on for almost 2 weeks before they loosen up. I can just pull them off. Sometimes I view a lash or two with it. If I use the acetone to remove them I DO NOT remove any of my own lash. I don’t wear make-up often, but wear my my lashes daily. They look natural, at times I even wear color contacts(looks so atractive). I get lots of compliments. They make me feel sexy. I’m sorry most of you had a time from HEll with the lashes (not all of you!), but it doesn’t have to be that way. We are all BEAUTIFUL, but sometimes we should ask more questions or get better educated on new subjects as this! Take of yourself ladies & continue to enjoy pampering yourself!!!
“BEWARE”
Eyelash glue contains Latex. Which mean if you are allergic to peanuts your going to be in big trouble. Latex has some sort of peanut ingredients. Please take it from me 1 week later and my eyes are still red and swollen!!!!! Never again will I put eyelash extentions on my eyes!!!! It was almost impossible to get the lashes off. I tried all the above measures and they did not work. Finally I heated up olive oil. yes hot olive oil and a hot shower and then a lot of pulling. Then pain was unreal. Save your $20 and buy yourself some expensive mascara which does not contain Latex. Good luck ladies.
hey ladies,
i just wanted to give ya’ll my experience. i got the individuals put on for v-day to look cute for my man. i really liked them. the lady used a glue called lash tight. she took her time and it did not clump. but last nighti tried takinh these things off and it was terrible!!i couldnt get them off to save my life! i used baby oil and a warn reg. i even washed my face with soap and water. i few came off but then there were a few that was still stuk to strands of my real lashes. i tried pulling and i just resulted in red sore eyelids. finally my mom just riped them off and now i have no eyelashes at all. it sux!im so sad. the price we pay to look cute!!there has to be a beter way to get them off becausei really like how they look when they are on…it’s just crazy gettin them off!!
Thank you so much for this advice! Ladies, don’t panic! Use very warm water (as hot as you can take) and drop some olive oli into it. Then soak a flannel and massage your eylashes. They will slide off and it doesn’t hurt a bit.
I’ve just had false eyelashes on with the “Black glue” got home looked in the mirror n yes they sure looked false (big time) they looked terrable, read all the blogs to try n find out how 2 get em off n i used olive oil, massaged it in, left it 4 a couple of mins, still ad 2 pull at em but they did come off. My eyes r now killin me!!!! spread the word girlys DONT have false eyelashes done professionaly!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got my lashes done 3 days ago. My left eye seems irritated. IT has a red blood shoot spot in it. IT feels horrible. Got it done for sister wedding. Never again. It hurts like crazy. I will try to remove them monday with the ARDELL LASHFREE REMOVER. I hear that it works. I guess ill find out soon enough.
-Tracey
OMG….i want them off so damn bad they are driving me nuts i hate the fact wen i go to clean my face it hurts cus i cant be natural at all with my lashes…this glue is horrible its so hard and thick..im gonna try the baby oil and hot rag tonight…i hope it works and i still have my own lashes.!!!
My 2 cent…I got them done 3/7/09 and was surprised that the used what seemed to be black weave glue. my eyes watered the whole time they were being put on. thenn my left eye had a few tight lashes in the corner so i suffered all night with water eyes and major eye discomfort. went back the next day (3/8/09) and they fixed the issue for free but then my eyes got so dry i had to consiously remind my self to blink for long periods to lubricate my eyeballs. Anyway, it took about a week for me to get use to them…then it was link i wasnt even wearing them. then a week and a half later they started to come off on my left eye. The right eye came off fairly easy, i didnt need any oil or solution on it…just gently pulled it off. Like 18 of my own lashes went with it. The right eye was much harder and I did try all the oils and such, with no luck. Finaly, I used olive oil and held my eye over a boil of hot water to try steaming it off…it worked but the gllue was still difficult to come off and i lost a few more lashes.
Yes, I’M GOING TO DO THIS AGAIN. Today in fact…just going to ask her to use lest glue and fewer flase lashes. I”m also going to try the acetone and ardell remover, next time.
I haven’t had a laugh this good in a while. I guess misery loves company because I too was a victim of the “Black Super Glue” and I can only say I can agree with all the ladies that loved how the lashes looked, however was over it really quickly and when it came to the removal process, was in for a terrible (and painful) surprise. I am thinking of creating a support group for beautiful women who don’t have any eyelashes. I am truly scarred. I also agree with all the women who said they will never do it again-at least not until they invent a less painful and dangerous way to remove those beautiful and awful lashes. Thank for the laughs ladies. Hope those lashes grow back quickly.
Hi all,
I was not born with wonderfully thick lashes so I have them put on for me at a salon. It is very natural looking; I use the shortest length (of the 3 that this salon uses) and they use black glue for adhesive. They fall out on their own around 2-3 weeks time so there is no plucking/pulling or loss of the few lashes I “don’t” have. Then I go back for fill-ins.
Also, I have never tried the strip lashes or the singletons. This salon uses groups- where 4-5 lashes of varying length (hence, the natural look) are bound together by the company that manufacture’s them, then the eyelash specialist can glue them on, using less glue and adding fluff where needed to give me the professional look I’m going for..
One last thing, if you get the glue placed on the lash and closer to the eyelid, you will not have the burning/dry eyes. Only when the specialist puts them on the lash a little farther away from the lid do I have a problem (this has occurred once); I think little micro pieces of adhesive are falling into the eye causing the intense burning.
~~~The salon that puts them on should be willing to remove them for you also, especially if you are having a problem with them. Do not lay back while they put the adhesive remover on or your eyes will burn. Instead, sit up with your head slightly forward….lashes come off easily and you have no burning! Hope this helps!
i have the fake eyelashes as well, and was wondering how to remove them, because they are REALLY on there. However, after reading all this I think Im just goin to opt to let them fall off naturally. No pain, No lash loss. but I will say I was laughing hystarically at your posts. OMG funny stuff!!
I can’t help but laugh at how stupid all of us sound. I did the same thing and I too now have a clump of individual ones stuck in one spot. The rest came off except for this patch that looks really bad. However, I have damaged my real eye lashes by pulling them so I am just going to let them stay until they fall off. The adhesive remover that you buy doesn’t work any better than anything else. Its kind of funny to hear that everyone else feels the same.
Hello everyone: please do not do this fake eye lashes thing. I read all your comments before taking them off, I got them done during my lunch brake yesterday and took them off this morning. Baby oil worked for me, use a q tip and soak it in the oil apply over the eye lash and they will slide right off. It hurts a little bit, but your will defenately get them off. I didn’t loose any of my own eye lashes, maybe because the lady went right under mine, so they fake ones really had no contact with mine. I will never ever do this again, I will settle for my little eye lashes.
