I started using the Blinc Mascara last year and find it well worth the investment. I have oily eyelids and use eye drops frequently for dry eyes, so I would always buy waterproof mascara. We all know waterproof formulas are hell to remove, not to mention they still smudged under my eyes after a couple hours no matter if I used a primer or not. Plus they tend to be very clumpy.
Blinc solved all of that. No smudging. No flaking. Easy to take off - which has been the biggest bonus. I'm no longer harming the delicate skin under my eyes from trying to take off smudged mascara. And my eyelashes have gotten thicker because they're not being pulled out like they were when I was trying to remove the waterproof mascara.
The only cons - and it's not even really a con, just an fyi - is that if you cry enough the Blinc will roll off. But it's not like it leaves a huge smear on your face. It's just little strands and easy to reapply. I don't recommend wearing it if you sweat a lot when you workout - it will roll off which looks kind of funny. But I don't think theres any good mascara for working out.
The Blinc mascara is a little heavier than other mascaras - I'm guessing because of the polymers. So if you have thin or very straight lashes, I highly recommend using a good eyelash curler, crimping twice (bottom and ends) and applying one coat, and a second coat about 30 seconds later.
Yay Blinc!

Well, I'm not a scientist, but being that mascara is formulated *specifically* for eyelashes, I'd say yes. I wouldn't use it on your pubes, although some might think it fun to have a muff full of coily tubes. Kids these days...
