In addition to evening primrose, biotin, minoxidil, spironolactone, compounded progesterone, and a 100% natural shampoo I have stopped using a hair dryer. I also use very cool water in the shower to wet and rinse my hair; for some reason keeping the scalp cool helps. After two bouts of major hairloss, that baffled doctors, I'm happy to say that I've been seeing regrowth for several months.
