Does sunlight also cause breast to sag? I know smoking damages the skin throughout the body and also increases breast sagging.

Our skin wrinkles because our skin becomes larger over time by stretching and the only way to snap back is to fold. We should avoid stretching the skin by being aware of habits like rubbing and poor posture. The ideal treatment is to make your skin shrink. Vigorous exercise increases HGH and this should also thicken your skin.

@Jennifer
Leafy greens and brightly coloured vegetables can help slow the development of wrinkles because the carotenoids act as sunscreen. They cannot reverse wrinkling. You should juice the greens.

I might use sunscreen on my face and neck every day, and wear oversized glasses during spring and summer and use my arms and legs to absorb vitamin D during mid day for a short period. This may help minimize photo damage.

That first picture is terrible. I can't imagine having wrinkles that bad. Anyway, does anyone have tips for bags under the eyes? How much do you think smoking effects increase in wrinkles?

Hi,
I started developing pretty bad facial wrinkles after I crossed 35. I was pretty upset about it as I really didn't whink my skin would start degrading in my 30s. I tried altering my diet, took a lot of dark coloured vegetables such as beetroot and tomatoes as these were supposed to be good for wrinkles and also drank plenty of water. It didn't really work though and my Doctor had even suggested that I go for a Debrassion treatment to fade out my wrinkles. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she got rid of her wrinkles using a particular anti-wrinkle product. I tried it and it worked really well. Within 4 weeks my wrinkles had faded out and were barely visible. Really good stuff. You can read more about the lady's article at the link below.
