I am a big fan of cosmetic surgery. Many people are just haters out there and cant either afford it or are too damn scared of the pain factor. Come on people dont hate.

I totally agree with bootilious. Some people just cant get that high projected butt.

I’m so tired of people saying to do certain workouts to add volume to that area… Duh! If there’s nothing there, then all the working out in the world wont do much at all. If you have a flat butt and would like more volume…then I definitely recommend the brazillian buttlift procedure. Its the safest way to achieve a bigger, more flattering backside.

I don’t recommend anything unnatrual. Girls, you can lift your butt by training your glutes!

Most exercises won’t do anything for the butt, you need to work very specific muscles. Also, you can have the strongest gluts in the world, but if they’re hidden under a layer of fat (and cellulite), nobody will see them. So you need to get rid of fat too (which takes care of cellulite as well). Look for specific butt workouts, i.e. http://www.firmbuttexercises.com/workout... and others.

Butt lifts are so risky. I was going to do it but my friend had it done first and it was totally horrible looking. She was really uncomfortable all the time and had them removed.
