I'm thinking of trying Secret Clinical myself. I'm 19 and it doesn't matter if it's hot out or cold I still sweat quite a lot under my arms, no odor just wet for a good portion of the day and night, despite regular use of deoderant or anti perspirent. People and different websites keep saying to apply at night. Is that after taking a shower at night or if you take a shower in the morning. I take showers in the morning so wouldn't it wash off or does it absorb into the glands?

Is there any scientific validity to claims that aluminium in antiperspirants is carcinogenic?

Living in Phoenix, AZ, I am a corporate trainer and I 'have' to stay dry throughout the day. SC is the only product that works for me - so well that I can wear my business jackets without a blouse!

This stuff did not work for me...It smells HORRIBLE!I read the directions 5 times over & put it on at night about 15 minutes after I took a shower (my pits were dry when I put it on btw). When I woke up it smelled revolting and I had to go to go school right after.I was umbersassed so I just sweated even more, so it just smelled worse there...The worst part is I don't sweat very much at all when I'm calm or at home and I don't even have excessive sweating, but I still need if it if I get nervous or anxious.THE WIERD PART IS, this stuff worked a year or two ago with no smell at all and I was COMPLETELY DRY (a YEAR AGO)and no rash or itchiness.Did they change the formula or anything? I think when they added that scent to their original clinical strength formula, it stopped working...I've tried 15 or so different deoderants/antiperspirants from different brands unscented and scented with lots of varying strengths (and they all smelled funky once I really started sweating and I followed all the directions correctly, I made sure) Does anyone know what's cuasing this?? PLEASE HELP! I need to find a good deoderant/ antiperspirant that doesn't smell or at least smells pleasant! I've tried mitchum solids and gels in extra strength and those don't even smell pleasant either...Does anyone know if maxim works?? That's one I haven't tried yet...
