Let me preface by telling you that I am a graphic designer who has worked with the "Biolustré" company here in San Antonio, TX. The people that run the company are the most unorganized people I have ever met. Of course this was about 5 years ago but I imagine it's the same people. But in the process of designing logos and packaging I ended up with a few bottles of the product. My wife and daughter have both used it for "hair emergencies" and they both say that it works great for them. Of course most of what they say on their website is total bs. Just marketing hype. But when you get down to the root of it (pardon the pun) it does help revitalize your hair. Good luck!

People!!! This product does work!! If you arent getting results then you arent doing it right. Its the easiest thing to do! Cheaper as well. I absolutely love it, especially before my highlighting appointments. i like to use the treatment so that way my hair locks in the color better. kinda like a protector as well before my color. to the people that had negative responses...u need to give it a chance and make sure you are doing it right. Much love!

It does work. I read a comment from someone that said they ordered the shampoo and conditioner and it didnt do a thing. Of course not! The sahpoo and conditioner are maintenance products. They are not designed to repair. If you would have actually read the information on the web site you would have realized that. I am a stylist in TV and Film that uses Biolustre regularly. It is an absolute god send. It is not a straightening product. It is meant to repair damage. It has made it so I can do multiple checmical treatments on one head of hair in one day without breakage. I have found however that when people buy the kit and do it at home, they never get the same results as if they have it done in a salon. I think its about the same as if someone does their own color at home vs having it done in salon. Its going to be better. If you do decide to do the treatment at home, make absolutley sure you either blow dry or hood dry the Revive in your hair until it is like a rock. The heat is the secret to getting the Polymers to penetrate the hair shaft. And even though the Release shampoo makes your hair feel TERRIBLE, make sure you use it and not another shampoo prior to the treatment. You have to strip everything out of the hair for the treatment to work.

Yes! Biolustre works. I am african american with short, texturized, dry, fly away hair. My sink and comb always seemed to be full of hair breakage. It was Biolustre to the "Rescue." I was following the directions on the video and website, but I did not seem to be getting a good result. Then, I read an article written by a stylist for Biolustre who said that I would get better results if I dried my hair after using the exfoliating shampoo; it would open up the hair shaft - then apply the rescue treatment. So, I carefully applied the stuff to every strand of my dry exfoliated hair - got under my hood dryer, again - followed the other instructions for removal of the hardened product and WOW! The fly a-ways and breakage stopped immediately. NOTHING in the sink, NOTHING in my comb. Weeks later, I am still very pleasantly surprised how this product has completely arrested my breakage. I'm getting ready to re-order now.
