Hi,
I use MOM - Milk of Magnesia. I find that this works pretty well. I wash my face at night and then pat this on with a round cotton facial pad. Try it you may find that it works well for you!

I highly highly recommend Roaccutane, which you can get on prescription. I had tried everything; light treatments, laser treatments, facials, acne diets, other prescription drugs and creams, etc and nothing worked for me until this. My skin is nearly perfect - I have had 1 or 2 blemishes a year for the last 4 years.

Roaccutane does have some side effects - dry skin, chapped lips and joint pain whilst you are takng it -but the results were worth it.

Treatment consists of 2 pills once a day for 6 months and have to have blood tests at the start and 3 months into treatment.

If you're not sure about roaccutane or have have only mild acne then try differin the topical cream form of roaccutane and is the only other medicine that made any sort of impact on my skin.
