its not a misery story, but if u want a pony tail-use a brush with a bunch of bristles, the big round ones.first use a regular brush to get ur hair up and set were u want it,and use the big round annoying brush to comb them all flat and down, and the baby hairs too!

i have the same problem because i have very curly hair and straighten it... but i cannot get that close to the roots. so what i do is rub a little bit of super strength hair gel in between my hands and then just put a little bit on my hair. i then use a small britsled brush and brush it back into a ponytail but not too tight. if you use too much gel or pull your hair back too tight it looks unprofessional and oily. if that doesnt work try using a hair mold and put a little on the baby hairs with the same technique.

Unfortunately, I too struggle with the tiny baby hairs that surround the crown of my head. In previous years, I have permed the baby hairs which evidently cures the problem for a while, however damages the root of your hair and creates an odd look when the baby hair begin to grow back and lose their sleek, straight appearance. Cutting them only makes matters worse as well.

You're an idiot if you don't love love, and other love your baby hairs. Unless they're doing you serious damage, which they couldn't possibly, could they? (plesae let me know if 'they'do, not like your frigging parents...leave them be and love!

I have lots of very curly baby hairs(i'm black) I find that if you dampen them and wear a scarf over them when you go to bed, in the morning they are straightened and lie flat on your head(found this out because I normally wash my hair before I go to bed and let it dry in braids overnight- I also always wear a scarf to bed)
Try it. Its really simple and it couldn't hurt.
oh make sure you used either a silk or polyester scarf or hair band. if you dont have either anything that is made of a smooth and shiny fabric will do.
