I shave my baby hairs, and its actually not too bad, although it varies for everyone. I have very thick, wavy dyed red hair. My natural hair color is brown, so the baby hairs come back brown, and I just shave them away again. I usually have to do this every night. I use a concealer and foundation to blend, because where my baby hair is is lighter than the rest of my skin. The only thing that I don't like about it is the way my head is shaped. It's oval shaped, so if I shave it wrong, it could look like I have a receding hairline. Not what a seventeen year old girl wants. D:

I've always had baby hairs and didn't really mind them because they softened up my neckline. Then I cut my hair - I've had it in a pixie cut for a few years now and my hairdresser would shave the back of my neck to get a good neckline. I'm growing out my hair now, though and have noticed that those fine little baby hairs are growing out more like my normal hair, but they go way down my neck. I just want them to be small and fine like they were before. I don't want a sasquatch neck. I've been researching and think I might try threading them They should grow back less noticeable. *hopefully*

its not a misery story, but if u want a pony tail-use a brush with a bunch of bristles, the big round ones.first use a regular brush to get ur hair up and set were u want it,and use the big round annoying brush to comb them all flat and down, and the baby hairs too!

i have the same problem because i have very curly hair and straighten it... but i cannot get that close to the roots. so what i do is rub a little bit of super strength hair gel in between my hands and then just put a little bit on my hair. i then use a small britsled brush and brush it back into a ponytail but not too tight. if you use too much gel or pull your hair back too tight it looks unprofessional and oily. if that doesnt work try using a hair mold and put a little on the baby hairs with the same technique.
