It works ok but if u r wearing any makeup it make the pad all nasty also in my experience it does no exfoliation or makes my skin clearer. I dont have oily skin but i do get pimples and ut doesnt help get rid of any oilyness or help prevent pimples. Also unless you use warm water it doesnt foam up very much. To me it seems if u have a vibrating pad with soap on it and u go over your whole face with it u wouldnt be really gettin the dirt away from ur face. I would just like to suggest to those of you who are getting dried out skin and flakes that after you finish your scrub take a wash cloth and wipe of all of the soap stuff after you are completely finished and see if that helps. She was really breaking out and I wanted to start her on a system and with the great reputation I have known Neutrogena to have this seemed the best for her. In just two uses the redness decreased and within 4 days of use twice a day her skin was almost blemish free. The unsightly redness and continuous break-out is gone and she has her confidence back. Other girls were commenting to her meanly of the acne, but no more. We have along with the wave (purchased for under $10 at walmart) the astrigent and sensitive skin moisturizer. I've tried 3 different kinds of the pads, and they all work fantastic!! :D I always use it after I get out of the shower, and it seems to work the best way. I've tried in while being in the shower, and the heat plus the vibrating makes my skin red, so I don't recommend using it in the shower!! My skin is extremely soft because I use it every night. I use it year round as well. It doesn't make my skin crack or dry in the winter. I REALLY recommend this Wave!! It works amazing!!
