The first time I used it it made my skin really soft! And still it's really soft. I have acne prone skin too it didn't do much affect on my acne but it didn't speed up the process of healing it. My acne went away and then it came back and I still have it currently and it looks like it's going to go away soon. The Wave is great! It has made my skin REALLY smooth in just 4 or 5 days (1 use each day at night), but not gotten rid of any pimples yet but I think I know why that is (nothing to do with the wave itself).
