Can You Drink Your Way To Larger Breasts?

by Mid Brain on December 20, 2007 · 11 comments

Here’s a story from Tokyo Mango that was curious. Supposedly, if you drink this F-Cup tea you can naturally grow bigger boobs. It’s based on plant extracts from sunflower and pueraria mirifica. They have a cookie version too in case you would rather eat those. Does it work?

From tea cup to bra cup

Giant braThe science. Pueraria mirifica is a phytoestrogen-rich herb traditionally used in Thailand folk medicine. It has been evaluated by various reproductive health researchers. While no one has claimed it can increase breast size, this study shows it can have prevent some breast tumors (in rats anyway). Sunflower oil has also been investigated for an effect on breast tumor inhibition. So, both extracts have been shown to have some effect. Does this translate to bigger breast? Possibly, but the connection is weak.

The Beauty Brains bottom line

However, if you don’t want to shell out the thousands of dollars it costs for implants, drinking enhanced tea seems like a harmless enough experiment. Who knows, you may actually see a difference. Of course it could just be psychosomatic but does that really matter?

I work with a plastic surgeon specializing in Simi Valley breast enlargement, and although i’m not a doctor, one thing women who visit the office often ask is, ‘why did i wait so long?’ Now, i’m sure to hear, ‘why did i wait so long… and why did i waste so much money?’ Come on tea and cookies? Yeah, i saw the cookie thing on another blog. I also saw another blog about some breast enhancing maching. ??? What i’ve never seen is proof anything other than implants (or maybe fat transfer) works to enlarge the breasts.

I’ll agree with Elaine that there’s not much to lose buying this boob tea, but there’s not a whole lot to gain either. If someone really found a natural way to increase breast size, wouldn’t someone be marketing it a little more? You certainly wouldn’t have to search it out. Think viagra. It’s everywhere you look (your in box, a nascar stock car, on TV while you eat dinner) b/c it delivers results. I work with a plastic surgeon who performs breast enhancement in Naples, Florida and he still performs enlargement the “old fashioned” way – with breast implants. Would the multi-billion dollar breast augmentation market exist if all you really had to do is have a spot of tea once a day?

The whole concept behind phytoestrogens is that they are very structurally similar to estradiol. I, too, work for a cosmetic surgeon who specializes in breast augmentation … And, in my opinion, if any females are looking to increase their breast size, a phytoestrogen might be worth the try (but I definitely couldn’t tell ya if it works or not)! There are a few other herbs that are productive towards this goal as well, including saw palmetto, fennel, fenugreek, and wild mexican yam. Anyways, good luck!

Actually eating papayas does increase your breast size. I have eaten 2 pawpaws a day for the last 6 months and I am now a 35B when I was a 34A. I can only put it down to this.

Of course you realize correlation does not mean causation.

Ohh, just an FYI, if anyone cares, the plastic surgeon I work for updated his website to Pasadena Surgical Arts.

And yea, I do agree with this article :) . I’m not female, but the physiological effects of the phytoestrogens are definitely real. Happy breast enhancing :) .
