Although, I must admit, I find it difficult to take a site that looks like it was designed by a 4-year-old seriously.

Yeah, you would think our federal government would put a little more effort into design.
Say, I learned something. I had thought that lasers *were* a safe, easy, and effective treatment for tattoos–which I loathe, by the way.
