One of the little white plastic “gasket/washers” has broken down. Does anyone know where I can get just the plastic thing? CrystalLift told me to send the entire unit back – and that’s pretty ridiculous since I know exactly what is wrong.

I just rec’d mine and the crystals wont come out at all. Hope this isn’t a bad signthat I just spent $200.00 on a small vacuum Can anyone guide me through this? I called the company and they are closed
on Thursdays!
