The Beauty Brains Sponsor Shout Out

by thebeautybrains on March 9, 2008 · 4 comments

It’s been a while since we’ve sent a shout out to all our advertisers, so here we go…shout

Meladerm is for skin lightening, one of the most commonly asked questions here at The Beauty Brains.

Peaceful Valley Gifts featuring organic bamboo clothing. Just be careful around panda bears! (Because they eat bamboo, get it?)

Lahens Viarr, marvelous makeup. Fun to say, even more fun to wear.

Holy Mud Company, it’s religious and dirty at the same time!

Dr. David’s Truth in Skin care, Skincare 101 from a real doctor.

Bloom Teas, so tasty. And now they’ve got samples!

Love Scent, the magical smell of people in love. Or something like that.

And of course let’s not forget about beauty care products from China!

*Note that while we do allow sponsorship on this blog to help defray hosting fees and other costs, we do not endorse products.  It is up to you to think about your purchases and make your own buying decisions.

How can you be indepent when you have sponsors?

Great question.

It is our policy that we will allow pretty much any company to sponsor the blog.

However, that does not obligate us to say anything but the truth about any product. If a sponsor’s product is crap, we will say so. That might cause them to pull their advertising but we don’t do this for the money, so it doesn’t really matter.

The Beauty Brains is not designed to tell our readers what to think. It is designed to help readers with how to think. That is logically, skeptically and scientifically. People are adults and should think when making purchasing decisions. We don’t endorse any products on the Beauty Brains.

I hope that makes sense.

We like to encourage people to do their own thinking.
