		<description>this article was not very helpful or informative at all. it glossed over the most basic definitions and didn&#039;t provide the information I was looking for. It was obvious the person who wrote this had only the most cursory knowledge of cosmetology. I could have written a far better and more informative article myself, and I just stumbled across this article  while looking for a pH range for neutralizing shampoos.</description>
