I am on day 5 of the 30 day supply and I have lost 8 lbs,total from trial and now, I have alot more energy, more regular(if you know what I mean) which you have to do to lose weight right?.. and I am not even close to starving like I always am.. I have just been eating healthier choices when I do eat.. and I am not craving all the bad stuff.. So far so good!!
