So, I have a few things that I think are wrong with this review. And I'm a skincare nerd. First, you don't even know that you shouldn't really use St. Ives scrub, as it's non-polished beads, which actually leads to more abrasion and larger pores in the long term. That's fairly elementary, and can be learned on a quick review of exfoliator. Second, just like your cell phone, you SHOULDN'T store your Clarisonic on the charger, you should charge it when it gets to five beeps when you're done cleaning. Charging it too frequently will shorten the battery life, and kill your investment. Lastly, you're totally missing the best part of the Clarisonic, which is the part you can't see. It super deep cleans your pores the same way the brush does your teeth, sonic pulsations. I have super problematic skin, and if I use the same cleanser (Derma Doctor Ain't Misbehaving. Awesome-ness) with and without my Clarisonic, it's a whole different product, because the Clarisonic blasts out my pores, and it exfoliates on a daily basis, keeping me smooth and clear.

I, too, am an esthetician, and after several years of personal use, as well as professional, I can't stress how fabulous the Clarisonic has proven to be! I recently purchased 3 of the Mia's in pink (perfect for travel + one for each of my daughters), and in support of breast cancer awareness.

As a 58 year old, adult acne/extremely sensitive skin woman, who has used practically every product on the market, once I started implementing the Clarisonic into my daily cleansing routine I was amazed with the results. My skin is smoother (wrinkles, as well as acne scars), and has a much healthier glow. The cost is well worth it - even at full retail!

As far as not looking good on the counter, once charged it fits nicely in a drawer, and the charge last through several days of use. Plus, I love how it goes into the shower for full body cleansing.

Important to note - clean the head and let dry between use.

The Clarisonic is a piece of junk as are Sonicare toothbrushes. The quality of both keep going down. Sonicare used to be great. Now my dental check ups got so bad that I had to quit using it. The Clarisonic I tried for maybe 3 months w/ the most gentle brush heads. Thanks to that piece of junk I have several new broken capillaries. those are really expensive to fix if at all. i say save your money. my derm told me that this might bring skin up a notch but would never replace Rx treatments. Not only was she right, her treatments only helped me skin, never damaged them.

Easy for you to disregard Cassandra's comment saying it's "rude", but she's 100% right. You obviously did not do your research about this product.
