L'Oreal are constantly getting in trouble with ASA. It's thanks to them that people are beginning to realise that mascara adverts contain models wearing fake lashes. I think the ASA do a good job as far as providing common-sense warning to what we should know or guess already, but to be fair, it does mean that cosmetics can’t make completely ridiculous claims here in the UK.
