What happened to Thick and Full? It was the most wonderful shampoo that I ever used for my thin hair. I have been using your "new" product and I do not like it. I feel like I am washing my hair with conditioner. Please, bring Thick and Full back!! I do not use any conditioner because of having thin hair. I have a lot of hair, but it is very thin.

Thank you, Retha

I have to say i have actually used the Keratin complex service on my clients and not only does it NOT wash down the drain "the first time" I shampoo it, it lasts at least 3 months and my clients love it! It makes their hair shiny and silky and they can't get enough! Furthermore I have been doing protein treatments for years to stop breakage and maintain the strength of my clients' hair along with other treatments that make up the components of a well balanced healthy head of hair. Since everyone's hair and body are different the needs of one person may not be the needs of another. A person who's hair is a mess from a protein treatment or protein conditioner, simply needs more moisture than protein, for example. Its true that research is a must, therefore research several resources, preferably reliable ones, & most importantly the manufactorer of the product to get information on proper use for best results.

I've been a stylist for 30 years. In that time I've researcheed and researched to find the truth that hair cannot (CAN-NOT) be re-conditioned. It cannot be treated with any type of protein, because hair "IS" dead protein! Period. Most hairdressers already know this, but turn a blind eye to the fact.

Save your money. Don't spend the $350 at the salon to have your hair treated with a Keratin Complex service. After all, the first time you wash your hair, the protein just goes right down the drain.
Do your research. Thank God for the internet!

I have been using pantene for several years now, I don't have any problems with split ends or dry hair and never have. Pantene makes my hair silky and smooth and does not weigh it down it feels clean and fresh.
My only problem with pantene is that they quit making the original classic clean, the one with no conditioner. I would highly recommend using pantene. If anyone knows where I might find the original pantene I'd really like to know.

Oh I totally disagree that salon products don't have better ingredients than drugstore. Not to say there aren't quality drugstore brands. Nexxus and their ceramides (though garnier does use ceramides), Joico and their keratin that is small enough to penetrate. Don't agree.
