Why? Because it is not a permanent thing. License to do nails, hair, waxing, facials? Sure why not. But can I tell you how many diiirty hair salons and nails salons I have been to?! I am a certified Make Up artist who went to a fabulous School/Agency. I am the cleanest person you can imagine. I dont even dip into my shadows or cream liners. I scrape out what I need. I have a few sets of brushes and I wash and sanitize each set after used on 1 person. Just because you had 1 bad experience doesn't give you the right to ruin it for everyone else. If you see someone being unsanitary then bring it to their attention instead of gossiping behind their back. It is a Make Up artists rule not to gossip. Don't trash Sephora, they are lovely people.
