Marcia, I hope you find time to anwer me, privately if you wish. I have had dreadful rosacea flares, even the doctors did not know what it was-my eyes wer painful, and raw peeling skin under my eyes and down my face-finally was diagnosed(by my daughter, who is a biochemist) and received medicne to at least allay the eye symtoms. what i want to ask you is, what other odd health symptoms are you having ?I had an odd lump on my ribs which was painful-had it remeoved-I was found to have the beginnings of Dercum`s disease, associated with painful fatty tumors. The rosacea flares and pain from this condition exactly coincide. My digestive tract also is involeved, and -though i am not sure this is related-I have begun having seizures. I am 58 have had the seizures for 7 years. I want to gather information ;is it possible there is a syndrome or something no one has been able to pin down yet? It all seems to have to do with inflamation in the body. I was put on high levels of antioxidants which help the Dercum`s. It is not at all that I don`t trust doctors; I just want to help with my diagnosis. Thanks!

My skin went crazy…it felt like it was on fire. Raw and red and such pain!
I went to the dermatologist and he prescribed “MetroLotion” and all it did was burn my skin even more.( This started when I was about 48 years old—other strange health problems were happening at the same time).
I started using the Made from Earth Rosehip & Hibiscus Face Serum also – and my skin is under control. The hideous raw red skin flares occaisionally…I use it daily…

I have tried Arubix S and it is worthless. It didn´t work on my rosacea. After two months treatment with Arubix, I tried a cheap cream with Mimosa and alcohol ( in Spain, from Santiveri ) and this worked a lot. Well, my rosacea is still there, but with fewer spots and redness. It´s only my personal experience and advice.

Dear Shelea
Here are all compounds

Cetearyl Alcohol is classified as a fatty alcohol. It is used as an emulsion stabilizer, opacifying agent, and foam boosting surfactant, as well as an aqueous and nonaqueous viscosity-increasing agent.
Ceteareth-20 is an emollient and emulsifier from coconut or palm kernel oil. Not so bad, but has nothing to do with rosacea.
Paraffinum liquidum is a purified hydrocarbon wax. Not so bed for the skin.
Sodium PCA is a humectant and emollient. Not such a bad substance, but has nothing to do with rosacea.
Isopropyl Palmitate is made from coconut oil and typically used to impart silkiness to the skin and hair.
Chrysanthellum Indicum is good has flavonoids and saponosids, and has a well-documented effect on vascular wall permeability and increase of the mechanical resistance of capillaries
Glycyrrhetinic Acid will decrease inflammation, it is good.
Cyclomethicone an emulsifier that prevents separation of product. Adds shine. You can live without it
Mimosa Tenuiflora Bark Extract is good: protect and stimulate the generation of collagen as well as providing protecting flavonoids and hyaluronic acid, a building block for tissue regeneration
Phenoxyethanol is a topical antiseptic and formulated for dying textiles and leathers and for insecticides and herbicides.
Methyldibromo Glutaronitrile: highly allergenic preservative.
CI 19140, CI 16255, CI 28440 are synthetic colorings. Your skin has no use for them

I, personally, would choose only these compounds : Mimosa Tenuiflora Bark Extract, Chrysanthellum Indicum. Leave the rest you have no use for them.
