I read the article &quot;How To Protect Your Hair From Heat Damage&quot; from thebeautybrains and I changed to VO5 Heat Tammer Protectant wich has 2-3 ingredients that you guys mentioned (Glycerin,  Hydrolyzed Silk or Cetrimonium Chloride)now, according to &quot;ingredients to look for &quot; this should help, right??? sorry for my english.. I`m from Central America!</description>
