I have never had a problem mixing skin care lines until now. Though I'm not sure it's the mix that caused the problem but I used Kinerase, which I've used before with no problem, with Clinique, which I've never used before, and got horrible welts and burns all over my face and neck. I used the Clinique alone for 2 days without incident then on the third day I used both Clinique and Kinerase and all hell broke out.

There is nothing wrong with mixing skin care lines as long as the ingredients don't interact in such a way as to cancel each other out, i.e don't use copper peptides and vitamin c or retinol and benzoyl peroxide.
