I have a question for Janis. Do you get headaches from wearing your hair up so often? I grow my hair out and donate it every few years, but I have found that when I would wear it up (usually in clips or sticks), that I would end up with a big headache within a few hours. How do you deal with the sheer weight of the hair?

I should also say that "buns/braids" and "no elastics" aren't mutually exclusive. Hairsticks and Ficcare clips are Of The Gods.
