You have to make sure you get a proper recommendation from a person who knows the product line well. Your particular hair type may not need Extreme Deep Fuel. Deep Fuel is needed for those who have a lot of excess moisture in their hair and it helps to expell that moisture and therefore prevent breakage due to too much moisture. I have learned this from working at a Redken Elite Salon. So I would say talk to someone who knows the product well so you aren't using a product that will damage your hair or cause unwanted effects. I hope this helps. :-)

I think the key to Fructis's claims is that it makes your hair "up to" 5X stronger

There's also the issue of, okay, if Redken is still on the hair after 8 washes ... is there any reason to believe that other conditioners AREN'T ALSO on the hair after 8 washes?

He must be making a fist with one hand and using a fake finger laid on top of his closed eyelid. For me to believe it I would have to see a video, but it is still sick and fabulous at the same time!
