		<description>yeah aphogee is a strong product i havent tried it as i recently bought nexxus emergencee which is similar to aphogee 2 step as it goes hard, but it dont smell like aphogee is supposed to do.</description>

Apogee has been around a long time, Jerry Redkin invented it back in the 70&#039;s and we used to use it after perms and colours, and the client would sit under the drier until it was completely dry, at which point the hair was very hard and brittle almost, then we would rinse it out. I am not sure what the effect was long term but is certainly worked on clients with very damaged hair.
