I have been using Wen from Guthy Renker, and lately from q.v.c. I've gotten no compliments from it. It is awfully expensive as we are on a fixed income..think wgen I use up my stash will try one of these conditioners. On a sidw note, I have been trying to find something cheaper than Wen, but the texture of hair isn't the same..just can't justify the expense

I'm almost 51 years old but my "Demi Moore" dark hair doesn't look a day over 30. I don't do shampoo. None...not at all. I have fine straight hair (but lots of it) and it is almost to my waist. I get compliments on it a lot. That's because it is soft and smooth and shiny and touchable. What it isn't is greasy. I have used the Wen method and also conditioner only method for cost purposes. The way I figure it is this...when I color my hair (which I do), the instructions always say to put the color on dry hair and then you rinse out the color and use the packaged conditioner. Notice, there was nothing about shampoo in there. So, I figured if shampoo wasn't even necessary when I color my hair and it looks and feels fabulous after a color, then why would I need it other times? Well, turns out.. I don't. And my hair doesn't need the sulfates and harshness. So while this may not be fore everyone...it certainly is for me and my hair. We are both verrrry happy. : )
