		<description>I use psyllium in hot water every morning even though I don&#039;t have constipation. In Pakistan, it is used for acne and it works for me. It makes sense to me because psyllium slows the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream=fewer insulin spikes=less inflammation and acne. I also do not drink any beverages other than water.</description>
