My MIL gave me several silk pillowcases. She uses them because they stay cool in our Texas heat. I hadn't heard about the anti-wrinkle angle until y'all brought it up. I like them because they are soft and cool to the touch. Any wrinkles I wake up with are mine no matter how I sleep ;)

With regular pillowcases, I used to wake up with lines all over my face, which would last for at least an hour or two for some reason. I had read that satin pillowcases were good for your hair, so I bought them (actually I think the ones I have are satin-like polyester pillowcases), and while my hair still looks horrible in the morning, I wake up completely line-free on my face. So personally I'm a huge fan of these types of pillowcases, and will never go back to regular ones. Obviously they don't prevent wrinkles, but they totally prevent the temporary lines/indentations.
