When using facial waxing, or some other method of having your hair yanked out, I wanted to know if the hair (which was a barely noticeable blond/white) will grow back darker and/or longer. Why do I ask? My over zealous technician gave me a lip wax during my last facial. There was nothing there to begin with! Now I have a zit and a funny compulsion to rub my lip.
