Crystal and some other items in a pouch for awhile for me, Bible after some really spooky experiences. Nothing now but I do keep the collar with tags from my dog, Audrey, who had to be put to sleep in February (she was 16) hanging from the headboard.

I wonder how good powdered crystals would be as an exfoliant and where they'd be safest to use. Probably not the face, but maybe the feet?

I wish these companies would give the public a little bit of credit -- we are capable of understanding the nail polish remover is nail polish remover, and claims of special crystal magic doesn't change the fact that the product serves to REMOVE POLISH. I like my beauty products simple and frugal where possible.

But let the record note that I did go through a phase as a child where I slept with a crystal under my pillow. I assume I had a good reason for doing this!
