Beauty Science Gadget For Acne

HAPPI magazine reports that the FDA has approved a new anti-acne device by Tria Beauty.

This new beauty gadget is a hand held blue light device for treating mild to moderate inflammatory acne at home. Tria’s offering is supposedly 10 times more powerful than other similar over the counter devices which means that it can deliver a more effective does of blue light in shorter treatment times. No word yet on when this will be available or what the cost will be.

Keep in mind that FDA approval means the device is safe for use but it doesn’t necessarily mean the FDA endorses all the claims that Tria makes about their new beauty gadget.
