Proper nutrition affects the health of your hair in so many ways. What you take in can be evident in the quality and strength of your hair. Choose foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals. The key vitamins that you need for healthy hair are vitamins A, B, C, E, inosotol and biotin. These can be found in eggs, brown rice, citrus fruits, nuts, and green and leafy vegetables.

the image is a bit odd, i think this is Nicole Kidman when she was poor and don't have money for hair transplant. kidding aside, i think hair loss among women is a serious problem that needs fast solution. who would like to go to the street without hair? lol

Gloria, it sounds like you have a problem very similar to something I was experiencing a while back. Turns out I just wasn't doing a very good job of rinsing product at the scalp. I try to leave some conditioner on the hair: nice for the hair itself, not so much for the scalp and I would have those same tannish looking (I called them crumbs) on my scalp.

I noticed that I would never have them on the months that I did the ACV (apple cider vinegar) rinse follow up, so I think maybe any step that makes sure the product is rinsed away from the scalp might help.

Plus, keep in mind that since your hair is permed and color treated, then it's likely to be extra dry anyway, so perhaps experimenting with "natural" oils like coconut, avocado, jojoba or sweet almond might help. You can even add a few drops of lavender which I've found helpful for the eczema in my scalp. Almost all the hair cremes were too heavy for me when my hair was relaxed, so I can relate. I hope it works out for you! Itchy scalp is the worse!

Shampoos and conditioners that contain nourishing botanicals are even better. Read labels carefully - sometimes, products that say "herbal" or "natural" can include no-no chemicals. Remeber that shampoos are detergents designed to remove sebum, sweat, fungal elements, desquamated corneocytes, styling products, and dirt. Conditioners are used to moisturize hair after removal of sebum to leave the hair soft, smooth, hydrated, and low in static.
