We received a sample of the Faciano Dry Shampoo and thought it was an interesting enough product. The fragrance Can be a bit polarizing but the product definitely cleaned hair.

In case you are interested here is a breakdown of the ingredients.

Cleansing ingredients

These are the ingredients that make the product work as far as cleaning hair and making it look better.

Water – The solvent
Alcohol – Helps to remove oily materials
Propylene Glycol – Helps to remove oily materials
Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer – Gives some styling boost

Fragrance ingredients

These are the ingredients that are giving it the odor. It has a citrusy scent. These ingredient may also make hair shinier and more flexible.

Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
Peppermint Essential Oil
Clary Sage Essential Oil
Citronelle Essential Oil

Claims ingredients

These ingredients are not expected to have much effect. The Panthenol will provide some moisturization to hair but that’s about all.

Organic Sambucus Nigra Flowers
Niacinamide, Yeast Extract
Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Extract
Ammonium Glycyrrhizate
Panthenol
Zinc Gluconate
Caffeine
Biotin

Preservative

Added because you don’t want microbes growing on your hair.

Glydant Plus Liquid

Overall, this is a rather simple formula and if you’re looking for a way to refresh your hair look and smell, then the Faciano Dry Shampoo might work for you. We should mention that this product actually gets your hair wet (because it contains water) so if you use it you will have to restyle. This is different than the more popular dry shampoos which are powders.

What a concept–a dry shampoo that gets your hair wet.

Sounds to me like the product is all wet.

Premier Dead Sea Para-Pharmaceutical Exfoliating Facial Gel Brown?
Or any other product from that Premier Dead Sea would be interesting to see.

knew something was suspicious about this – a dry shampoo that contains water? Totally defeats the purpose. You can’t use this on heat-treated hair.

Oh yes, I used this product before and I still keep using it. It can clean very well my hair. The hair will be wet but it is just a short time, they will dry out quickly. Whatever, making my hair quick clean is most important for dry shampoos.
