Neutrogena says this product has a “unique hydragel formula.” What’s so unique about it? As you’ll see from the first ingredient on the list below it contains a pretty good slug of polybutene. That’s unusual because some people may find polybutene a little sticky feeling compared to silicones or mineral oil/petrolatum based products. The rest of the formula balances out that stickiness in a way that really makes lips feel cool and smooth.
