Shame on Scientific American

I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in a recent Scientific American article on fragrance.

In response to a reader’s question about “toxic” ingredients in perfumes, the article’s authors gave a completely one-sided answer by quoting the Environmental Working Group. Rather than present a balanced view they chose to only tell the perspective of one lobbying group.

You can show your support for SCIENCE by leaving a comment on this Scientific American article.
