We’ve been doing some research in preparation of our upcoming show on vitamin C and have learned that not all vitamin C forms are created equal.
This product contains ascorbic acid which is the “native” form which is a good thing it’s proven to be effective, however it may also before irritating. It’s also encapsulated which is another good thing.
The total vitamin C concentration is only 10% and part of that is a derivative which won’t necessarily convert to ascorbic acid. Therefore this may not be the most effective product for the money. Stay tuned for our upcoming show to learn tips on finding the best vitamin C containing product.
