SPF for face and lip. I need opinions!

    I am looking to shorten the time it takes me to get ready, so I am looking for two key products:
    1) A tinted moisturizer with UVA/UVB protection and an SPF higher than 15
    2) a tinted lip balm with UVA/UAB protection
     
    Help me find good products that fit these requirements! :)

    I have used Lancome's tinted moisturizer with SPF 30 and also have tried Perricone's with an spf of 15. I think both are good, but Perricone offers some good deals on their blog and are having some good specials right now: http://blog.perriconemd.com/perricone-md-friends-and-family-special/

    Also Laura Mercier has Hydra Tint Lip balm that has an spf of 15. I like the colors they offer and the go on smoothly
