Actually they make dye for eyebrows/eyelashes.

That's the one the beauty supply I go to will sell to non-professionals. -
I use the stuff they sell at Sally's and have never had a problem.

I don't think dying them will cause problems(unless you have chemical sensitivities as a result of vitligo)... I would recommend going to a Spa tho especially if you want to dye your lashes as well.
