    Well, I am only in Grade 5 and I am working on my Science fair and I was wondering which ingrediets in conditioners help make your hair so soft. I love this site and it gave me most of my info, and all I am missing is this little peice. Can you please help me?

    The ingredients that make hair soft are
    1.  Quats - Ingredients with names like Cetrimonium Chloride, Stearalkonium Chloride, Behentrimonium chloride or Polyquaternium.
    2.  Silicone - Ingredients with names like Dimethicone or Cyclomethicone.
